- Easy techniques to help you stay grounded anytime, anywhere, right when you need it.
- Accessing your intuition and creativity, so that you can skilfully handle challenging situations and come up with innovative solutions.

And much more, according to your desires and goals during our time together.
What is included?
- A welcome session to align on your goals and align expectations for our time together
- 12x60min sessions, typically on a weekly basis
- A workbook for you to keep track of your progress, note your thoughts, committed actions and have all your learnings and insights well organised and handy.
- Recommended readings and materials according to your interests.
- A set of practical techniques for you to apply immediately, according to your needs.
- Access to me via email or a 10min call in between sessions for any urgent need for feedback or counselling, within reason.
- A wrap up session within 2 months after the end of the program
The coaching sessions take place via Skype. If you are in Copenhagen and it is convenient for both of us, in person sessions can be arranged.
